Riccardo Cortese

Founder of TDU Invest, he is a startupper and a marketing business man, passionate about web and communication. 43 years old, he took part, among others, in the launch of LAUNDRY, TEMAKINHO, TRITA , in 2014 he founded Foodation, a multi brand food retail company, launching MARIU' (Italian gastronomic Kebab), POLPA (Burger Trattoria), MACINATA (Burger Sarti), BURBEE (burger & beer) and finally BRISCOLA PIZZA SOCIETY; in a few years he raised about €8mm. Former President of the young group of CONFAPI (confederation of small and medium-sized enterprises) of Milan metropolitan city. He is a founding member of the food retail think tank Appetite 4 Disruption. He has been advisor of the IULM Innovation Lab and collaborated with Il Sole24ORE business school. Now he is a senior business developer at DILS, a leader real estate advisory company, and his particularly skill is on the food retail. TDU invest represents the company with which he manages direct investments and to which he dedicates himself after the experiences managed directly.

Francesco Giuseppe Cioffi

Francesco is a renowned Italian accountant and lawyer, specializing in tax and corporate law. With a solid legal and accounting background, Cioffi has gained extensive experience in tax consulting and legal management for companies, assisting clients both nationally and internationally. He is highly regarded for his expertise in tax planning, corporate restructuring, and the resolution of complex disputes. His professionalism and dedication have made him a key figure in the industry, contributing to the success of numerous businesses and providing strategic advice on tax and legal matters.

Gerardo Cavaliere

Chartered accountant and statutory auditor, graduated from Bocconi University in Administration, Finance and Control. He deals with extraordinary transactions and investor relations, creating evaluation documents and industrial plans for entrepreneurial projects. He contributes to the creation of reports for the analysis of performance in the moments following the investment, functional to the management of relations with both investors and stakeholders, he also supports management and administrators in the preparation of the documents necessary for the management of the critical moments of the business life and functional to take strategic decisions. He guides interested parties in innovative investments in research, analysis and selection of projects, also through the implementation of due diligence.

GIANCARLO VERGINE

Giancarlo Vergine is an industrial engineer with over 12 years of experience in digital innovation. He has worked at KPMG and Accenture and later served as Head of Project Selection at CrowdFundMe. In 2022, he founded Over Ventures, a boutique consultancy focused on crowdfunding, supporting over 175 rounds and raising a total of €90 million. He is a lecturer at Edulia Masterclass and an author of articles for Agenda Digitale. In 2023, he co-founded Chatwin Ventures to support Italian and European startups. Since 2023, he has been a partner at TDU Invest, aiming to assist its portfolio companies during the critical pre-seed and seed stages.
